Get an Awareness Event at Asda
Here is how to get a Charity Awareness event at an Asda Superstore:
Contact your local Asda use the following email address:
community_store-name@asda.co.uk
For example: community_blackpool@asda.co.uk
If you are not sure what your local Asda is called check out the Asda Web site and search for "my nearest Asda" . Only superstores will be able to accommodate these requests.
Ask your local community champion if you could be considered for a space donation in store for an awareness event for your registered charity. Also put in your email a short description of what u3a is and how it helps your local community,
and the following details:
Your name, contact email and contact phone
Charity name, address and postcode, Charity number

Voice
Two representatives form Voice made an interesting presentation at the July 2024 Quarterly Meeting.
u3a members in Northumbria might like to follow this up by having a look at their website and possibly engaging with one or more of their research projects.
Have a look at their website here: https://voice-global.org
Or send an email to them here: hello@voice-global.org
Representatives from Voice are happy to give a presentation to any u3a in our region.
