1. That the name be changed from Northumbria u3a to u3a North East Region.
2. That a new constitution be adopted.

Regional Meetings
We vary the day of the week on which meetings are held so that we do not always clash with the same u3a's monthly meetings every time. Also, we will try to vary the location within our (very large) region. Suggestions for venues are always welcome.
